4. API Access & Data Partnership

Certain features of WageFinder, including API access and bulk data exports, are available through our Data Partnership program. To request an evaluation API key, please visit HCM TradeSeal.

All content, design, and data compilations on WageFinder are the property of WageFinder or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

WageFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
