Steve is a technology executive and industry veteran dedicated to solving the puzzles of construction compliance. As the Co-Founder and CEO of HCM TradeSeal, he has spent years helping companies navigate the intersection of payroll, HR, and government regulations.
His vision for WageFinder is simple: use technology to remove the friction from compliance. Steve drives the strategic direction of the platform, ensuring that our tools don’t just aggregate data, but actually solve the real-world problems faced by contractors and agencies every day.
Raman Ebrahimi
Lead Data Scientist & Architect
Raman is the technical architect behind the WageFinder engine. Specializing in data science and algorithmic design, he leads the initiative to digitize and structure the nation’s fragmented prevailing wage data.
Raman built the core data pipelines that ingest, clean, and standardize thousands of unstructured government records. His work focuses on developing scalable systems that can interpret complex legal classifications and deliver accurate results in milliseconds. He bridges the gap between raw bureaucratic data and usable software solutions.
